Service providers and disclosure

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect users and the service, or complete a business transfer. Our current service providers are:

• Supabase — account authentication and data storage.
• OpenAI — analysis of submitted food or exercise text to produce estimates when local matching is insufficient.
• Vercel — application hosting and request delivery.
• Resend — account and password-reset email delivery.
• PostHog — the limited app-open analytics described above.

We do not sell personal information or consumer health data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We retain account and log information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may edit or delete individual logs in the app and change optional settings at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to know or access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; withdraw consent; limit certain uses; opt out of sale or sharing; and appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Children
